This is a time of great prosperity and happiness for all those that deserve it. Everything is under control. The Government has only the best interests of Victorians at heart. Even when the poor souls do not know it themselves. Relax Victoria. Clear your mind.

To question this is unthinkable. For the sake of happiness, a sense of inner peace and security, you must not allow yourself to succumb to speculations and insinuations of the permanent discontent.

"Suspicion and cynicism are more than most simple minds can bear", says Jeff. "Questioning the integrity of those in authority can have permanent and irreparable effects on your well-being, both mental and physical."
