Written by Brian Wilson, this is a great resource. It lists all html and css elements in a clear and concise format. It includes which browsers and versions support each element.

I am very fond of standards, some would say excessively so. Thus an html validator is my idea of a very good thing.

Stylesheets are great. There should be more of them. It goes without saying that if you have one it should validate.

When it comes to web usability Jakob Neilsen is a legend.

The name sounded like a joke the first time I heard it, but they're serious. Small is beautiful when you're making images for a web page.
