O-Week
As usual, the club will be fielding a table for signups during O-Week. Come find us amidst the hordes of clubs and societies at the Clayton campus. Its costs a pitiful $2 to sign up if you have a Community Card, and the still minor $7 without one. For that you get a year packed full of roleplaying and socialising!

Come along, sign up as a member! As you can see below, the club has a load of fun stuff going on this year....

March 5th! - Internal Tournament!
So, not sure whether this roleplaying lark is for you? Well, this is the best way to find out. After a sumptuous meal of pizza and softdrink, we will be running a once-off game for the evening. All you need to bring is yourself and your enthusiasm - we will provide the rest.

Things will kick off from 6pm in the upstairs foyer of the Campus Centre.

March 12th! Annual General Meeting
Every year the club elects a new committee to do the organising for the year. The AGM takes starts around 6pm in the upstairs foyer of the Campus Centre and takes about 30 minutes, and gives you a chance to have a say in who will be running things this year. Its also a good chance to meet folks so you can see who you should bug for questions :)

New to the club? Good! We have two positions for first year reps. Here's a chance to leap straight into Uni life by helping organise one of the clubs! :)

March 12th! Let the Games Begin!
Right after the AGM, anyone who is planning to run a game gets to stand up and spuik for players. There are usually a large number of games starting up this week, in different genres, settings and styles.

Want to run a game? EXCELLENT. Come along with a brief idea of what sort of game you are running, and how many players you want and recruit like mad :-) If you're curious about a game system, don't forget we have the awesome MURP Library that you, as a valued member, can borrow from.

Looking to play something for the semester? This is the Night to come along and get into a game - while games start during the semester, this is by far the biggest chance to find a game you are really interested in, whether its fantasy, horror, scifi, superhero or anything else.

March 13-15th - CAMP!
We're once again heading to the wilds of Woori Yallock for a weekend of fun and frivolity. More details and signup!.

April 1 - March 29th - FauxCon!
Victoria's only regional roleplaying convention, Fauxcon is at Fish Creek in South Gippsland for 2009. Games, details and more at the website at: http://www.fauxcon.org/.

April 10th - 13! Conquest!
Conquest is Melbourne's Easter Gaming Convention, held annually at Melbourne High School over the Easter Weekend. Chocked full of tabletop and freeform roleplaying games, boardgames, miniatures and special events, its 4 days of gaming frenzy.
