THESE ARE UNOFFICIAL RESULTS - some peoples would have voted for a person
as channel manager and not voted for them as a 499 level users. Therefore
the vote will be included as a 499 vote also. this will be calculated
after all votes are in...<BR>
EXAMPLE: midnight has 4 votes as channel manager..where 3 votes he was
voted for channel manager and not a 499 user.. hence we add 3 votes
to his 499 tally..therefore midnight has 6 votes. <BR>
USing this method Arclight would have 6 votes also.<BR><BR>
