Due to the different class sections on the Titanic, many passengers in 2nd and 3rd class were not allowed to 'venture' out of their class. This is not the case on the QE2, where the only time passengers are restricted is when dining. Each passenger is allocated a dining room, according to their cabin class and fare paid.

Even though the Titanic was smaller than the QE2, her capacity was larger. This is due to the fact that people in 3rd class were crammed together in somewhat undesirable conditions, not so on the QE2!
