Gigster is very proud to present this months illlustrious Who's the man? award to one of the fabulous fatboyz of the World Champion Sri Lankan Cricket team; Sanath Jayasuriya . As if his brilliant playing in the World Cup which led him to win the player of the tournament award wasnt enough to win the Gigsters Who's the man? award but then he had to go and make history. Yesterday (2nd April 1996) in a match against the ex-World Cup champs Pakistan played in Singapore our galant little fatboy Sanath Jayasuriya scored the fastest century ever. He scored 100 runs of just 48 balls, thats a strike rate over 200 and this brilliant little innings by the man included him smashing 11 sixes, thats right its not a typo 11 sixes. Obviously the fatboy curries went on to win the game by 34 runs. Congrats, Sanath you fabulous little fatboy
