If you cannot log into your account, there are a couple of possibilities:

  1. Forgotten password
  2. Too many failed login attempts
  3. Disabled account
  4. Deleted account

If your problem is to do with your password, you'll need to see one of our accounts team to get it changed. Note that we cannot tell you what your current password is, we will merely issue you with a new one. The How to get a Yoyo account page lists contact details.

If your account has been disabled, when you try to log in, you will receive information about the disabling, including the reason why, and instructions on how to get it reinstated. Please follow those instructions, or mail the security group for more details.
If your account no longer exists, you will need to contact the accounts group to apply for a new account. Please refer to the How to get a Yoyo account page for more details.
