I’m
Adrian and I hope that your first weeks at Uni were filled with fun and
excitement especially for those who are here for their first steps in tertiary
education. I’m a Singaporean guy in my final year of studies in Accounting and
Finance (*yawwn*). Café crawling in search of that perfect cuppa and chatting
with friends seems to be my only passion here. I also play the drums and
occasionally some soccer although I have to say that I’m becoming more of an
armchair soccer critic/player/fan these days (what to do?? must be Singaporean
i.e. kia-su and study 12hrs a day! Yeah right!J).
Working with the committee has been really enjoyable (we basically sit around
every Tuesday at the MUISS lounge and chat) and I do hope many more of you out
there who would like to have a say in the club’s activities/organisation will
join the committee this year. So with that, I hope to meet all of you at our
activities planned for 2001 and best wishes for your studies!
