MUT

Welcome to the Monash University Touch club page. MUT is a club operating under Monash University Sports and Recreation. We compete in many competitions operating in Victoria and Australia.

Touch football is a non-contact sport played by men and women extensively throughout New South Wales, Queensland and New Zealand and is becoming increasingly popular in Victoria. It is a fast and skilful game which is easy to learn, fun to play and played under various grades. It is an ideal game for the not-so-serious athlete who is keen to play a social sport, and to have some fun whilst getting fit.

If you are interested in playing touch there are many ways you can get in contact with us:

All participants are welcome, and it costs you nothing to play as long as you are a student. So sign up, tell your friends and we look forward to seeing you on the touch field.

Competing for the club can take you to many different towns and cities. 1994 was Wollongong and 1995 saw MUT travelling to Bendigo and Darwin for competition. The following year took MUT to Ballarat and Canberra. Look under past trips away to find out more.
