The MEGA group use various mailing lists to keep contact with all its members.

These Include:
"mega-announce" - The service which announces MEGA events, such as social and academic.
"mega-talk" - Any member can mail to the group about anything. Don't abuse it please or we will forward all our spam to you.

A mailing list for the Social member out there.

This mailing list is designed for NON-mechanical post-grads to stay informed about MEGA social events (and possibly other post-graduate events of particular interest to this end of uni).

The MEGA committee basically gets to decide who is on the list - as many as we can get - and who gets kicked off the list.

Currently: MEGA-Talk allows non-students to remain on the list, to keep them feeling like a part of the group still while they ease them selves into post-doctoral life.

BUT The Secretary will decide to kick them off if they are deemed to be throwing around more weight that to which they're entitled. This basically means if they express an opinion.;)
