What is Student Life?
The realm of the extracirricular is where most of us look for the fun part of uni. It also happens to be where you can learn how to live. Student Life is a tertiery club at Monash Uni (Clayton) and we believe that everyone can discover the way to live thorugh Jesus Christ. Student Life began in Sydney in 1974 and presently has groups operating in the Eastern states. It is part of Campus Crusade for Christ International (CCC) which began in the USA in 1951. We are committed to seeing an attractive and effective Christian presence maintained on every university campus. We are not a denominational group and seek to co-operate with others to give students the opportunity to hear the good news of Jesus Christ. |
What is our purpose?
Student's Life aim is to give people on campus the opportunity to respond to the message of Jesus Christ, most of whom have never heard of or have misconceived ideas. Our focus is on Win, Build, Send. That is, WIN: Communicate the gospel in a clear manner so that students can place their faith in Christ. BUILD: Help Students grow in their faith. SEND: Equip students to communicate their faith to others. |
