Finally OSS (Overseas Student Service) can
offer our services through this web page.
We sure hope that we could be of greater service
to all of you with this new web site.
Please feel free to mail us, if there is
any suggestions regarding this particular page.
Just for your information, this particular page is
not fully operational just yet.
There are still much to do in updating the different
pages of this site.
Bare with us as we will try our best to make this
site as informational as possible on all
activities and events organised by OSS throughout
the year.
99 OSS director Lilian Lam :
Alo to every international
student out there! Being the OSS Director,
I was asked to write a report
for the debut issue of OSS page 1999 and obviously,
I am not great Einstein to
draw up a brilliant piece of essay and indeed shall not blabber on
too much before you guys start
closing this cover on me.
1999 for OSS kicked off a terrific
start with the recruitment of 16 dedicated committee members
and there is no need to brag
too much about their talents as you will see for yourself in the near future.
Coming from different nationalities
and background, the 1999 OSS committee has still managed to
prove to excel in whatever
they are each best at. A review of our initial success stemmed from
the
Chinese New Year Festival
co-organised with Monash International and
went out to follow was Orientation
Week 1. But again, we could never have done it without
the support from out fellow
students.
A special cheerio to you all

Never the less, OSS never ceases
to exist to serve. We are alwayz committed in
enhancing the general welfare
of international students in our activities and services provided.
So, be sure to catch us in
action in our calender year

Hello everyone! On behalf of
the Overseas Student Service I would like to express
my warmest welcome to all
the international students to Monash University (Caulfield Campus).
Throughout the years, OSS
has grown both in strength and unity with the continous support from
the Student Union, University
Community, Monash International, Societies, Clubs
and the most important of
all, overseas students.
The constitutional objectives
of this organisation is to look after
the interest and welfare of
all overseas students, regardless of
gender race, religion or country
of origin, and at the same time, facilitate culture exchange and
networking amongst students
and University Community at large.
Therefore I urge all international
students to covey any issues that are of concern to us.
Let OSS address and fight
for your interest !!
