About the Club

MUTTC has around 100 members, of all ages and skill levels.
Our facilities are located at courts 7 - 10 in the Sports and Recreation Centre on the Clayton campus.

Benefits of membership

• Free Friday Social Nights (3 hours every Friday night, free for members, and heaps of fun!)
• Pennant and registration fees for competition subsidised by Monash Sports.
• Cheap court hire for club members at training times
• Students can represent Monash against other Universities and teams
• Subsidised coaching (depending on volume of demand).
• Social functions e.g. pizza nights after training, trivia nights, barbecues etc.

Joining MUTTC

Club membership fees (2004)

Monash Students	$15
Monash Staff	$20
Monash Graduates	$100 (includes $80 Monash Club Affiliation Fee)
Public	$105 (includes $80 Monash Club Affiliation Fee)

These fees are the minimum allowed by Monash Sport for clubs at Monash.
Fees for graduates and public include a compulsory Club Affiliation Fee ($80), which MUTTC pays to Monash Sport.
Pennant Fees: $25-35 per pennant season (TTV or GDTTA; depends on length of season)

Court hire at Monash: $2.50 per table per hour for Members only (before 5pm)

How to Join

MUTTC membership is available to all Monash students, staff, graduates and to members of the public.

To join MUTTC, you need to complete a Membership Form and pay for your membership fee (amounts listed above).

The easiest way to do this is to see one of our Committee Members at the Friday Social Nights. Go to "Training & Practice" for more details. He/she will provide you with a Membership Form, and will be able to collect your payment.

Alternatively, you can download the Membership Form from this website, fill it out, enclose it with the membership payment in an envelope, and place it in the Table Tenis Club mailbox situation next to the Sports & Rec Centre Reception.

Mailing List

This mailing list is used by the committee to keep club members up-to-date with club information, such as competitions, coaching and other club events. Members of the list can also post to the list, but these posts are moderated.
