All entrants must be present at roll call to confirm their entry.
Late arrivals may be allowed to enter at the DT's discretion, but a late fee (+50%) will apply.
Actual start time of the team events will depend on completion of the individual event, however teams must be entered by roll call.

Team Events : $24 per team.

Entries will be accepted for all events between 9am and 1pm each day. There will be no IOU's and no refunds, no exceptions.
Entries may be made in advance, see details under "How to Pay".
If payment is received in advance then late fees will not apply if you arrive after roll call.

A minimum of 4 teams must be entered for a team event to be run, otherwise it will be cancelled.

To pay in person at the venue, register at the DTs table between 5pm and 7pm Friday, 9am and 11am on Saturday or Sunday.
Cheques should be made to "Monash University Fencing Club".

Weapons Check

Weapons check will run from the scheduled time until the start of the days second event. If at all possible clubs should try and get their foil gear tested on the Friday night to avoid delays saturday morning.
All masks, lame's and bodywires must be passed through weapons check. Weapons may be weight tested on the strip.
We know it's a pain, but we want to minimise delays on the strip due to faulty equipment, and ensure fairness by not allowing dodgey equipment. Club Armourers - please check your gear before your novices present it at the venue, and make any necessary repairs. Or at least show your novices how to make quick field repairs in the event of disaster.
We do not require every fencer to have a second weapon, but please ensure your team has access to spare weapons and bodywires.
We hope that clubs will send at least one experienced fencer to act as team manager and armourer in order to help the event run smoothly.
Please note that teams leave their equipment at the venue over night at their own risk.
Note also that club teams must have sufficient equipment for their entrants. We're on a tight schedule so we can't hold up bouts while 6 people try to share one lame'.

If clubs are able to offer referees, scoring boxes or spools for the event please let us know. Any help is greatly appreciated. Referees will receive discounts at social events.
